Job Summary 

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to help children develop or regain skills needed for daily activities, play, school participation, and social engagement. You’ll work with children of all ages facing various developmental, sensory, motor, or neurological challenges in a supportive, child-focused setting. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify each child’s strengths, needs, and goals. 
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the child’s unique profile, incorporating fun, engaging activities. 
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services, including fine motor skill development, sensory integration, self-care training, visual-motor coordination, and adaptive strategies. 
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, families, and other professionals to deliver holistic, integrated care. 
  • Track progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document outcomes in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards. 
  • Educate and empower parents/caregivers with strategies to support development at home. 
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on child success and family partnership.
