Applied Behavior Center for Autism (ABC) is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our growing interdisciplinary team in Lafayette and Terre Haute!

As an Occupational Therapist at ABC, you'll work alongside BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and other professionals to provide individualized, evidence-based care for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. Every child has a unique journey, and we're committed to giving our clinicians the support, resources, and encouragement they need to help each child thrive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional living skills.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, child-centered care.

• Educate and support caregivers through ongoing communication and home program recommendations.

• Complete documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Occupational Therapist license (or license eligibility).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Passion for working with children and their families.

• Pediatric and/or autism experience is preferred but not required.
